Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between HL Factory and any person making a purchase through the website.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest care.

The photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences in color or appearance may exist depending on screens or production batches.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise stated.

HL Factory reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

HL Factory reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of fraud, inaccurate information, or a previous dispute with the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

The accepted payment methods are those offered on the website during the checkout process.

All transactions are secure.

6. Delivery

Orders are prepared and then shipped within the timeframes indicated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier.

HL Factory cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

The product must be returned:

• unworn;

• unwashed;

• in its original condition;

• with its tags attached;

• in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

8. Defective Products

If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible, providing photographs of the product.

After inspection, an exchange, replacement, or refund may be offered.

9. Legal Warranties

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as well as the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

10. Liability

HL Factory shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products or from force majeure.

11. Personal Data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Governing Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
